Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Cheryl was last seen at the 7-11 gas station on the corner of Ashley Hall Road and Sam Rittenberg Boulevard in Charleston, South Carolina after midnight on July 4, 1979. A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
