Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Blond hair, blue eyes. Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Edward was camping with his church group on June 22, 1978, in the Sky Lakes area near the middle fork of the Rogue River in Prospect, Oregon, outside Butte Falls. He told his brother he was going fishing by himself downstream. Edward has never been heard from again. A search of the area did not produce any evidence as to his whereabouts. Investigators believe he became lost.
