Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : African-American female. Perry's ears and nose are pierced. She has a scar on her chin and a gold tooth. She has the following tattoos: a heart with the name "Breyuana, the word "ten" on her right thigh, and a strawberry on the right side of her abdomen. Her nickname is Vera.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Perry was last seen in Kinston, North Carolina at 11:00 p.m. on November 27, 1998. She was leaving with her boyfriend, carrying two large bags of clothes, and was supposed to go to Fayetteville, North Carolina. She has never been heard from again.
