Medical conditions : Litaker had made threats of self-harm prior to his disappearance. Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Brown hair, blue eyes. Litaker had a thin beard at the time of his disappearance. He has a tattoo of a skull on his upper arm at the shoulder; a photo of it is posted with this case summary. Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Litaker was last seen in Brooksville, Florida on July 19, 2019. His family dropped him off in the vicinity of Broad Street and Cortez Boulevard, and he said he was going to walk to Tom Varn Park. He was last seen walking westbound down the street. Litaker disappeared after a breakup with his girlfriend and has never been heard from again. His cellular phone pinged a few times after his disappearance, but then the battery died. He was only carrying a few dollars with him when he was last seen. His case remains unsolved.
