Medical conditions : Kim has diabetes. He has a history of becoming disoriented and may be in need of medication.
Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Asian male. Graying black hair, brown eyes. Kim speaks poor English.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Kim was last seen in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. on February 25, 2013. He left his home in the 100 block of Carol Road, went for a walk, never returned home and has never been heard from again.
He had a history of becoming disoriented and wandering away, but prior to this incident, he was always located quickly. An extensive search of the area turned up no sign of Kim. Few details are available in his case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
