His fiancee dropped him off at the bus station there at 12:30 p.m. so he could travel to Kansas City, Missouri for a business trip. He sent a messAge at the time of disappearance: to his fiancee at midnight on July 17 to say he was on the way back to St. Louis and his bus would arrive there at 5:00 a.m. He never arrived and has never been heard from again.
