Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Flaugher was last seen leaving his sister's residence in Brookville, Ohio on October 2, 2006. He was driving his red 1989 Buick LeSabre with the Ohio license plate number DKL3867 at the time. He has never been heard from again and his car has never been found.
Prior to his disappearance, Flaugher reportedly believed someone was after him. Few details are available in his case.
