Brown hair, hazel eyes. Willey may go by his middle name, Jesse. Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Willey was last seen in Morgan County, West Virginia sometime in May 2018; his last Facebook post was May 9. In the post he said, "Life is complicated." He was living and working at a local farm in the 5200 block of Highland Ridge Road, and according to the owner of the property, he left on foot and has never been heard from again. He left some of his personal belongings behind at the farm where he worked; among them was an empty handgun case. Because Willey was often out of touch with his family for a year or so at a time, he was not reported missing until late April 2020. He has friends and family in Morgan and Berkeley Counties in West Virginia, and in Frederick County, Maryland, and had been known to travel up to a powerline cut on Sleepy Creek Mountain from Highland Ridge. The circumstances of his disappearance are unclear. His case remains unsolved.
