Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Concepcion was last seen in the vicinity of 57th Street and Kennedy Boulevard in West New York, New Jersey on June 24, 2002. He went to work that morning, and called his wife to check in at 11:45 a.m. He has never been heard from again.
He was self-employed at the time of his disappearance, driving a tow truck. His tow truck, a black 2000 Chevrolet with red decals and the New Jersey license plate number X8823G, is also missing. A photo of the truck is posted with this case summary.
Concepcion left behind a wife and two children. Few details are available in his case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
