Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : African-American female. Black hair, brown eyes. Thomas has a tattoo of the name "Jessie" on the left side of her neck and a tattoo of a heart with the letters "LL" on her right shoulder. Her nose is pierced.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Thomas left Madison, Wisconsin shortly after her baby was born in February 2018. She was reportedly in the company of a man named Jesse or Jessie. The last sign of her was when she was arrested for trespassing in Chicago, Illinois on March 23, 2018. After her release from jail, she was never heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
