Description, clothing, jewerly and more : A red and white Spartan t-shirt and cut-off jeans.
Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian female. Brown hair, blue eyes. Racheal's ears are triple-pierced and she has numerous small scars on both of her legs. She has a gap between her upper central incisors.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Racheal had an argument with her mother left her family's residence in Richmond, Missouri on June 20, 1997. She has never been heard from again.
Racheal may have left of her own accord. According to her mother, she was interested in professional wrestling and country music in 1997. Her mother believed she may have traveled to Washington, Texas or California.
Racheal's mother died in 2008 at the Age at the time of disappearance: of 55; in her obituary, Racheal is listed as having survived her. Her case remains unsolved.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. By contrast, some missing person cases remain unresolved for many years. Laws related to these cases are often complex since, in many jurisdictions, relatives and third parties may not deal with a person's assets until their death is considered proven by law and a formal death certificate issued. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends.
