Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Collins was last seen at his parents' Detroit, Michigan residence on October 15, 1998. His mother went to the store at 3:30 p.m. and when she returned, her son was gone. He has never been heard from again. Collins lived in the 9500 block of Stahelin on the west side of Detroit at the time of his disappearance. Few details are available in his case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
