Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Gray hair, brown eyes. Patterson-Black's nickname is Gene. He had a full white beard at the time of his disappearance. Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Patterson-Black was last seen in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on May 12, 2016. He has never been heard from again, and his black 2000 Mitsubishi Montero was found abandoned in the parking lot of the Scottsbluff YMCA. Authorities believe Patterson-Black may have intentionally gone into the North Platte River, which was swollen with rain at the time. His body has never been found.
